Requirements:
MA in Law
Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel for 5 years
In-depth knowledge of Russian administrative, commercial, labor law and procedures. Past experience in supporting sales in Kazakhstan and other CIS countries is an advantage.
English: upper-intermediate
Arabic language: intermediate - desired by Employer

Responsibilities:
Fully support and work closely with business to provide legal and compliance related advice, counseling and trainings to business teams and functional departments.
Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, letters etc.
Handle out of the court settlements and litigation
