Requirements Fluent English and Arabic (level: advanced and above) Impeccable writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic Ready to work night shifts (8 PM to 8 AM, 2/2) and be available to contact at all times Competent speech, the ability to make yourself understood Competent user of computing and mobile devices.
Responsibilities Engage and support Tango Live broadcasters Guide new broadcasters and make them feel at home Provide customer support to VIP users and affiliate partners Take part in new and ongoing community projects Gather feedback and propose improvements to broadcaster experience Respond to reviews on App Store and Google Play Store
