Custom Solution Architect

Location: Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, Georgia/hybrid or Global/remote
Work format : in-house/hybrid/remote
Billable hours: full-time, flexible schedule
Remuneration: 4000-5000 EUR gross
Expected level: middle/senior
English: C1-C2

What you will do
• Architect and implement complex infrastructure-based solutions (colocation, connectivity, hardware installation);
• Provide technical pre-sales support during meetings with clients as well as technical meetings with the internal teams;
• Analyzing customer business needs;
• Create complex solutions based on a number of company’s standard services to fit customer needs;
• Provide technical expertise and develop solutions to new and existing customers in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to the teams in the implementation of designed solution;
• Collaborate internally to validate technical solutions;
• Assisting in RFP responses, development project delivery plans;
• Document and present designed solution to customers;
• Provide consultative support to customers during service handover process;
• Actively participate in Solution Architect Team communication. Share ideas in order to define complex solution.

Requirements
• Higher technical education;
• 3+ years of technical experience in infrastructure solutions architect profile;
• Deep understanding network equipment, solutions and technologies, data center infrastructure, server equipment;
• Experience in gathering business requirements.

Will be a plus
• Expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal and RFP responses;
• Experience in preparing SOW estimates;
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations via the internet and/or in person;
• Ability to translate business requirements into consistent, compliant, solutions and provide budget estimation.
