Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
-Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. -Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-Implement security and data protection measures. Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
-Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture. -Lead by example.
-Promote a culture of egoless learning and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications
-7+ years of experience in backend development An understanding or desire to work in Golang Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines Familiarity with leveraging AI tools
