An amazing opportunity to join our team as a Performance Engineer for LoadRunner Cloud product, with hands-on experience, great problem-solving skills, and self-learning ability. You should be highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.
In our group, we are working according to the Agile methodology, frequent releases, and doing both Dev and QA tasks in a Scrum team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as PCoE focal point in the group, lead and centralize all the relevant activities, consulting, and guidance for performance and functionality of the team
• Provide actionable tasks to R&D by analyzing performance results and tracking benchmarks.
• Design, execute and analyze scalability, stability, and stress tests using LoadRunner Cloud /Performance Center.
• Review new features and assess the Performance Risk
• Develop Performance automation scripts and tools.
• Run and maintain regression tests before and during FF.
• Participate in pre-discoveries and discoveries.
• Investigate Production/customer issues/tickets when needed.
• Own and maintain the PCOE and PCOE-PROD environment.
• Provide production resource settings and optimization.
• Participate in LRC weekly status meetings.
• Continue developing and enhancing Performance Automation for CI and adding more coverage and capabilities.
• Maintain and develop the LRC Testing AUT including the AWS infrastructure behind it.
• Maintain and optimize LRC monitoring via Grafana.
• Write scripts using VuGen.
Must-haves:
• 4+ years of Performance Engineering hands-on experience, including designing, executing, and analyzing enterprise software.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Knowledge of application server Tomcat/Jetty.
• Understanding concepts of multi-threading, cache, memory management, JVM.
• Ability to identify and resolve system bottlenecks using profiling tools (Wireshark, YourKit, Fiddler).

Advantages:
• Experience with Web Protocol, additional protocols are an advantage.
• Experience with developing scripts in Python, Shell, Bash is an advantage
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database tuning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile technology is an advantage.
• Execute Load test using LR/PC and analyze results using LR Analysis.

Education and Experience:
• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-learning ability.
