Пользователи могут анонимно оповестить команду Instagram о том, что кто-то из их подписчиков находится в депрессии или может навредить себе из-за негативных эмоций. Администрация соцсети оперативно предложит ему помощь: связаться со специалистами «горячей линии» поддержки по месту проживания, поговорить с другом или получить советы от сотрудников Instagram.
По словам исполнительного директора Instagram Марн Левин, при разработке нового инструмента компания консультировалась с экспертами в области психического здоровья.
«Благодаря функции поддержки пользователи будут знать, что вокруг них всегда есть сообщество, готовое о них позаботится. Особенно в тот момент, когда человек, возможно, больше всего нуждаются в этом напоминании», — объяснила Левин. Открыть/Комментировать
