This morning, when trying to login to AiMarketing and INB network sites, the system failed. I assumed the sites were technical work, but apparently the problem was on Cloudflare's side.

Most likely this is not related to site maintenance. And the problem is on the Cloudflare side from 9-15 Moscow time, there is a global failure on their side.
The above websites use Cloudflare services.
