The Harford Scholarship Program is for young people under 30 who are interested in promoting democracy. The program aims to develop leadership skills and leverage the potential of young democratic activists from around the world.
Under this program, young activists will spend three months at the World Movement Secretariat, during which they expand their global contacts, exchange experiences with other democratic activists around the world and contribute to the development of the World Movement for Democracy. The program will run from March 1 to May 31, 2022.
The organizers cover the travel expenses as well as living expenses. In addition, a workplace is provided.
