Senior VC Investment Analyst / Chimera Investment (Abu Dhabi based)
- Day-to-day analysis of current or potential new VC deals
- Primarily responsible for screening investment opportunities and extensive financial modeling (particularly DCFs and LBOs) including sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and provide preliminary investment review based on financial and strategic consideration
- Participation in commercial, financial and legal due diligence sessions including preparation of materials in conjunction with external consultants
- Preparation of presentation materials (executive summaries, teasers, etc.)
- Support the senior investment team with portfolio monitoring and management
