Analyst M&A, Novus Capital
Novus Capital specializes in M&A advisory for mid-market transactions (10-200 USDm) in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic States, as well as raising capital (from 1 USDm) for venture stage companies from VC/PE funds and high net worth individuals. We are market leaders in the pharmaceutical sector, have strong positions in technology sector, cover other sectors on a regular basis. Novus Capital has completed over 30 transactions with the aggregate value exceeding 700 USDm.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparation of analytical materials
· Preparation of commercial proposals
· Preparation of teasers and information memorandums
· Preparation of financial models
· Assistance in due diligence
· Participation in negotiations

REQUIREMENTS:
· 1-2 years of experience in M&A, valuation or due diligence in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A advisory boutiques
· Higher Education in Economics or Finance in top Russian (HSE, NES, MSU, FU, MGIMO are preferred) and foreign universities
· Excellent analytical skills
· Proactive approach
· Fluent English
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
