Description
We are looking for an experienced UX designer to join our product development team on building the HR platform that enables companies to automate every process possible in their HR department.
The perfect match for this position is a person that stays up-to-date with the newest trends and technologies, is excited to learn new things every day, and likes working in a dynamic setup.
Responsibilities
Own design process at flair
Guide and support with all product design needs from discovery to delivery to growth
Work side-by-side with the product team
Run design exploration and ideation activities
Build interactive prototypes to test and validate new product concepts
Run user research sessions with multiple user groups and synthesize results to inform the roadmap
Share design experience, insights & skills with the company
Requirements
Proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Invision, Zeplin, or similar
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
Focus on delivering great customer-centric products
Desire to learn, and continually give and receive feedback effectively
Good English skills
