Cybersecurity fintech startup Drata has closed a $200 million round.
The cyber governance, risk and compliance sector has long attracted interest from investors around the world.
For example, Drata, which specializes in security and control automation, raised $200 million in a Series C financing round and reached a valuation of $2 billion. The round was led by ICONIQ Growth and GGV Capital.
The platform mainly helps companies comply with security requirements by monitoring compliance with various regulatory requirements.
Overall, the company's growth rate is fairly proactive. The seed round was held in January '21, the Series A was closed in June of that year, and the company was granted Unicorn status in November based on the results of the Series B round.
According to Crunchbase, Drata has raised more than $328 million in less than two years.
