Junior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive
OSOME is an online assistant that builds financial back-office solutions for small eCommerce businesses. The company helps entrepreneurs who have better things to do than papers by managing accounting, reporting, and other financial tasks with the help of artificial intelligence tools.
What will you do?
- You will be at the forefront of building relationships with new and existing influencers.
- Manage gifting and regional budgets with the support of the Influencer Marketing Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Brand team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities.
- Keep up to date with our competitors’ latest influencer marketing activity
- Work with the wider Performance Marketing and UK teams to repurpose UGC across channels
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis):
- Track and log influencer coverage on social media.
- Research and identify relevant influencers in new and existing markets.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts, etc.
- Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand.
- Report on influencer performance on a weekly/monthly basis using Google Analytics and Tribe Dynamics.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills
- Strong work ethic
- A good understanding of the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to the wider brand/marketing team’s objectives
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and prioritize where necessary
- Have 6-12 months years of experience in an influencer and affiliate marketing program
