This week marked the launch of a new project - Global Talks Environment. We talked with Azamatkhan Amirtay, chair of the Republican Eco-Alliance, about the current ecological disasters of Kazakhstan and possible ways of solving those.

In a heated discussion, audience was bombarding our speaker with questions - we would only take concrete arguments for an answer. As a result, everyone took home new knowledge - the audience learnt about the realities of political lobbying, and the speaker was astonished by the proposed ways of tackling climate change issues that included vines by local Instagram-stars.
