My name is %username%, I'm a citizen of Republic of Belarus. As you might've heard, Belarus is in political crisis for almost a year. Last summer the president election was stolen, as legitimately chosen president Svetlana Tikhanouskaya was exiled from Belarus by Alexander Lukashenko. His other political opponents were thrown in jail, almost 10 people were killed during peaceful protests.

Now the situation in Belarus resembles occupation. People are arrested for national symbols, political activity, bycicle races. Yesterday we saw a new level of repression: government arrested the top management of the largest independent media company - tut.by. The news site is blocked and is not accessible even via VPN. Tut.by had and audience of 3 million people (⅓ of the population of Belarus).

I ask you to study this case and delegate the rights to Belarusian domain zone (.by) to non-governmental organization.
