Homemade Natural Ice CreamIngredients:
Cream 33-35% fat
Condensed milk
Vanilla
Berries, fruits (optional)
Method:
Take 1 can of condensed milk for 500 ml of cream.
Whip the cream, gradually add the condensed milk and vanilla. Whisk until peaks.
Transfer into a mold and put it in the freezer. Stir 4 times every 40 minutes.
The ice cream is done in 5-7 hours.
Serve with your favorite topping or without.
