Baked Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
Rosemary - 2 sprigs
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper to taste

Method:

Peel the potatoes and cut into large slices.
Boil them until tender, remembering to salt the water after boiling.
Then drain the water and put the potatoes in a mold lined with parchment paper.
Pour olive oil on it, salt and pepper a bit more, chop or crush the garlic cloves, add the sprigs of rosemary, then gently stir the potatoes. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees until golden-brown.
Serve hot as a side dish or with vegetables.
