Crunchy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• oat flakes - 1 tbsp.
• egg - 1 unit
• flour - 4 tbsp.
• sugar - 1 cup
• salt - 1/2 tsp.
• butter - 100g
• baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
• vanillin - a pinch

Method:

1. Fry the oat flakes in a dry pan for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
3. Sift the flour and the baking powder, add salt and cooled cereals, and stir with a fork for 30 seconds.
4. Beat soft butter with sugar and vanillin in a separate bowl. Add the egg, and beat until light and puffy.
5. Pour the dry part into the butter and knead the dough. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Place cookies 5 cm apart using a teaspoon, put the rest of the dough in the fridge. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
