Delicious Turkey and Vegetable Udon

Ingredients:

Udon noodles
Turkey thigh (can be substituted for pork, beef, chicken)
Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms)
Sweet pepper
Onions
Carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Green onions
Sesame
Teriyaki sauce

Method:

1. First cut turkey into thin slices and marinate in teriyaki sauce.
2. Add noodles to the salted boiling water and cook as indicated on the package.⠀
3. Cut peppers and carrots in slices, onion in half rings and mushrooms as you like.
4. Heat a pan well, add vegetable oil and fry the turkey until tender.
5. Next add mushrooms, onions, carrots and peppers.
6. After that, add cooked noodles and a couple of spoons of water which the noodles were boiled in.
7. Add the sauce and cherry tomatoes, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
8. Serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
