Hot Bruschetta with Caramelized Pear and Brie
Ingredients:
Ciabatta
Pear
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Brie cheese
Nuts, honey
Method:
1. Cut the pear into thin slices. Melt the butter and sugar and fry the pear on both sides.
2. Grill the ciabatta to crispy.
3. Slice Brie cheese.
4. Spread the Brie on the ciabatta, top with hot pear, nuts, a little honey if desired, and serve.
