Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients:

• milk - 500 ml.
• corn starch - 2,5 tbsp.
• sugar - 3 tbsp.
• egg - 1 unit
• vanilla - 1/4 tsp.

Method:

1. Take six tablespoons of milk and pour into a bowl.
2. Put most of the milk on fire and bring it to the boil. Stir starch in the cold milk. Then add sugar, vanillin and crack one egg. Whip it with a whisk.
3. Add this mixture to the boiling milk, stirring everything with a whisk. Boil for five minutes until it thickens, until the mixture becomes soft and creamy.
4. Put the pudding into dishes and cool in the fridge. Transfer to a plate, pour syrup, jam, warmed honey or sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve.
