Pasta with Shrimp and Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

Pasta - 200g
Shrimps - 200-250g
Leeks - 1/2 piece
Green pesto sauce - 3 tbsp.
Butter - 20-25g
Pasta broth - 1 spoonful
Salt, pepper to taste

Method:

1. Cut leeks into circles, boil pasta in salted water (for evenness, twist it before dropping into the boiling water). Cook pasta for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
2. Place shrimp in a heated skillet with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on each side for 1 minute over high heat.
3. Then reduce the heat to low and put the leeks and butter. Cook, stirring, until all the butter is melted.
4. Next, add the broth from the pasta and pesto sauce - stir well, increase the heat to medium and simmer the sauce for about 7-10 minutes, then add the pasta, stir well again and leave for another 5-7 minutes.
