Cheese Soup with TurkeyIngredients:
• turkey filet - 250g
• melted cheese - 150g
• potatoes - 2 units
• onion - 1 unit
• carrot - 1 unit
• bay leaf - to taste
Method:
1. Pour water into a pot, put the turkey and boil for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and pour the new one. Put the bay leaf and meat. Cook for 40 minutes, then take it out and cut into small pieces. Put back in the pot.
2. Finely chop onion and grate carrots. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
3. Add all the vegetables to the broth and cook until tender. A couple of minutes before it's done, add melted cheese and stir well.
