Ingredients: 1 egg 1 banana (155g) 150g mild cottage cheese Sugar to taste 1/2 tsp. soda 100g rice flour ⠀ Method: 1. Mix banana, egg and cottage cheese In a blender until smooth. Add all dry ingredients and stir up. The resulting dough has the consistency of thick sour cream. Leave it for 10 minutes. 2. Preheat a skillet, spoon out the dough and fry with a lid on on low heat 3 minutes each side until the crust browns.
