Garlic breadIngredients:1 ciabatta, baguette or any other bread
80g butter (soft)
80g semi hard cheese
30g parsley
1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
6 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Method:1. Add grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, grated garlic and mayonnaise to the butter and stir it up.
2. Cut the bread lengthwise. Spread our stuffing.
3. Put it to a baking tray and place in the oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
