Analyst at Flagman Capital Partners

Flagman Capital Partners is a fast-growing PE fund with AUM of 100 USDmn. The fund is based in Russia, and a new office is planned to be opened in Saudi Arabia in 2023 to pave the way to fast developing GCC region

FCP founded by experienced financial professionals (ex. SberCIB, VTB Capital, KPMG and Credit Suisse). The fund is looking for an analyst 1-2 to strengthen its Russian team, providing unique working experience.

Principal responsibilities:
· Preparation of teasers and other marketing materials
· Fundamental analysis of potential investments (e.g. industry, business model and value-chain analysis, unit economics check)
· Preparation of financial models and business valuation
· Working closely with portfolio companies to evaluate growth plans and strategic acquisition opportunities
· Communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties
· Preparation of materials for investment committee, board of directors meeting, portfolio management and various administrative duties
