Key Responsibilities:
- Participation in team projects (M&A, commercial partnerships, strategic development, etc.);
- Preliminary analysis and execution of M&A transactions;
- Active participation in due diligence process;
- Сommunication with external advisers;
- Preparation of analytical; presentations, market analysis, ad-hoc research tasks;
- Preparation of complex financial / operational models;
- Valuation / fundamental analysis of potential investment opportunities;
- Origination of new investment opportunities;
- Lead select internal workstreams.
