Недавно устраивал встречу по обмену опытом ведения Мастермайнд групп. Обсуждали, как получать больше пользы от своих мастермайндов. Делюсь выводами.

2021-02-09 16:39:34 Границы применимости эпистемической гигиены и где они нарушаются

Научное сообщество культивирует в себе и в остальном населении идею эпистемической гигиены - "Мы стремимся к истине. Наши убеждение должны подвергаться тщательной проверке и отбору. Не истинные неподтверждённые убеждения должны быть искоренены".

Я считаю, тренд на эпистемическую гигиену заходит слишком далеко. Случается, её используют там, где она уже не применима. Особо опасным нарушением границы применимости я вижу цензуру процесса мышления.

Теперь не только результат размышлений должен быть эпистемически верным, но и промежуточные шаги. Обсуждения, статьи, книги - любые артефакты, созданные походу, так же подвергаются цензуре. Причем цензуре как стороны общества, так и стороны самого автора.

Не все инсайты о работе мозга приходят из когнитивных и нейро наук. Существует второй фронт исследований - прикладной. Маркетинг, искусство, дизайн чего угодно, продажи, навык ведения допроса, спорт олимпийского уровня. Спецы из этих областей интуитивно хорошо разбираются в уникальном для их профессии срезе мышления. Возможно, если собрать вместе достаточно разрозненных проекций, удастся разглядеть очертания "Мастер алгоритма"?
