Outgoing people enjoy meeting and talking to others. They often find it easy to make conversation, even if they've just met someone. Are you an outgoing person? If so, why would you say so? If not, how do you describe yourself? Share with us in the comments.

Being able to recognize our emotions is only the first step when it comes to emotional intelligence. The ability to regulate our emotions and avoid negative effects is also very important. Have you ever been in a situation where your emotions felt out of control? How did you handle it? #EmotionalIntelligence

This idiom comes from the verb "grip," which means to take or hold something securely in your hand.
If a close friend, family member, or colleague appears to be losing control of a situation, we might encourage them to "get a grip."
Be careful, as we only use this idiom with people we know well. Can you think of a situation in which you might tell someone you know to get a grip?

- дней: on Monday, on Tuesdays, on my birthday, on the next day, on the first of January …
- на поверхности чего-то: on the table, on the floor

On foot – пешком
On my own – сам
On the other hand –
On TV, on the radio, on film –

To spend money on something –
To work on something –
To depend on something –

Emotional intelligence involves more than just turning inward and developing an understanding of our own feelings. It also includes recognizing the emotions of others and responding to them in ways that help build positive relationships. Do you feel that you are skilled at doing this?
