The possibility of a drawdown of water level in the Kakhovka Reservoir was foreseen during the construction of ZNPP
That is why, President of SE «NNEGC «Energoatom» Petro Kotin noted, the situation is currently kept within the «design» limits: there is a developed list of activities required if the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir drops, and corresponding instructions for ZNPP personnel on how to act to guarantee its safety.
