Part 2 Tip: 15 is all you need!
After several days of practice, I came up with something. I thought "I wonder how many statements it takes to speak for 2 minutes." So I began counting.
I realized that on average, it takes 15 statements to speak for 2 minutes. Sometimes 12 statements is enough if they are really long and full of explanations and details.
This lead to a change in my practice routine.
I began focusing on a central idea of each statement and writing it down to be able to talk about it more easily without having to think for too long. This helped me remember the ideas more easily and answer the topic at hand better.
Here is an example.
Tip: Get a part 2 topic, come up with 12 to 15 words/phrases, write them down and practice speaking by looking at the words/phrases. The ideas don't really have to be strictly related to the topic if you can use your imagination and creativity well.
