Russia is categorised as 'not at risk' country. All passengers coming from countries categorised as 'not at risk' need not undertake any test upon arrival. They need to self declare with a negative RT-PCR report conducted not before 72 hours of boarding. Upon arrival, they can exit the airport or take connecting flights. As per the recent mandate, roughly 2% of passengers coming from flights originating from such countries will be randomly tested upon arrival. If found positive, the concerned state government authorities will contact the passenger.
