Required skills:- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
- Experience in direct search and headhunting;
- Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process;
- Good understanding of different IT markets;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills;
- Result oriented attitude to work;
- At least an Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Search, select, and perform all communications with candidates for remote opportunities;
- Execute the full recruitment cycle.
