Ortnec is looking for an experience
Head of Media Buying to join and lead our media buying team to work in a leading company within the online entertainment sector.
Responsibilities:- Media buying team (5+ ppl) managing
- Media Buying budgeting
- Collaborate with product and business owners to strategise new lead gen opportunities and execute on growth plans through high-volume ad buys
- Own experimentation and testing of campaign strategies, leveraging all available data streams to draw insights
- Build, launch, optimize and own reporting on all campaigns, communicating roadblocks in real-time and teaming up to find solutions
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis;
- Communicating with the team managers (major part of communication is in English) on a daily basis.
