Middle/Senior RecruiterGlobal Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right projects. You will take the responsibility for full-cycle recruitment including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy building, and its actual implementation.
Requirements:-At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry;
-Knowledge of software development company functioning;
-Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components (desirable);
-Excellent written and oral communication skills;
-Good presentation skills;
-Result orientation and willingness to take responsibility;
-Strong motivation to manage customer's/partner's expectations;
-Personal effectiveness and motivation;
-Intermediate Strong English level.
