In Kazan, early in the morning on May 11, a 19-year-old young man who legally owns a gun, staged a shooting at a school. As a result of the attack, 9 people were killed. May 12 is declared a day of mourning in Tatarstan. There are reports of a serious brain disease of the shooter. He's under arrest.
"Inspections" of schools, and other imitations of "enegetial" activity, of course, are in full swing. The consequence goes on as well.
There are 2 slogans:
- raise the requirements for the professionalism of school security guards,
- - entrust the protection of schools exclusively to the Ros Guard.
Cui bono? Cui prodest?
Cui bono? Cui prodest?
The National Guard, consistently tightened control over civilian weapons and their owners. In anticipation of possible unrest after the autumn elections, they will certainly want to strengthen this control again. We all know how this will end.
Private security companies that protect the peace in schools are largely headed by people from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also give jobs to numerous former military personnel. This is a global practice. For obvious reasons, their leadership is in close cooperation with the current security forces, possibly including economic ones.
The well-funded Rosgrvardiya has no incentive to take over the protection of schools, especially since this will impose a great responsibility. Most likely, everything will end as usual, those who carry out checks will win.
