Recently I finished the Entrepreneurship program taught by Berkeley, Stanford and Cornell.
The course showed me the following key aspects of any teamwork:

⁃ Miscommunication is a huge problem, try to eliminate it ASAP
The thing is everyone ha initial assumption that you think in a certain way and have concrete opinion according to them. But usually it’s not true, you should think for others, simply ask. There is no point of having ambiguity about the way someone ‘may’ think, it is more efficient to ask and listen.

⁃ Be empathetic, here I would suggest to watch David Foster’s “This is water” commencement speech.

Placing yourself on other’s place gives more understanding of their point of view. As once Scriptonite wrote: “Как в моей шкуре? Ты в курсе?”
⁃ If you have one question, probably others have it too. Have a courage to show leadership by asking it for others sake.
If everyone is silent it doesn’t mean everyone knows what to do. The good leader will have a courage to ask the question to which she/he already know answer of.
⁃ Have courage to be impudent and not try to comfort others, that benefits no one.
⁃ Also, regarding trying new ideas/business: If you want to try out, try. But then fail fast, to keep trying further.
