PERSONAL ASSISTANT
to owner of Fashion Brand
Location: Ukraine | Europe | Italy (preferable)
*Possible remote work
• A level of English, addition of Italian or French would be good
• High skills in communication, organization, administrational and writing
• A knowledge of standard software packages (excel, power point, etc) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
• Ability to multitask and be flexible
• Good sense of taste is an advantage
You will:
• Manage schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, answering e-mails and etc
• Booking and arranging travel, restaurants, transport and accommodation
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Help in miscellaneous tasks in terms of personal and work life which will vary
