Influ2 is looking for a Sales Development Representative for our Growth unit. You have a chance to develop your sales career at Forbes top 30 Ukrainian startups. We are growing fast as we add new clients and services and we are looking to add talented, dedicated and innovative people who will strengthen our core team. An SDR we are looking for is creative and super smart, has analytical thinking and flexibility. As an SDR at Influ2, you will become a part of a great idea and spread it together with your team members around the globe as well as work closely with marketing and account executive teams to engage strategic accounts and generate pipeline. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining potential opportunities for new business, and can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those opportunities.
Requirements: Work experience as SDR 1+ year or as TL SDR; Proven track record as a SDR for the US-EU markets; Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques; Experience with CRM software and automation tools; Fair understanding of sales dev performance metrics; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Creative thinking; English: Advanced/Fluent.
