​ Financial manager / director of transaction support at Altus Capital

Altus Capital advises clients on attracting equity and debt financing, supporting M&A transactions, and also helps to implement tasks of any complexity related. We are looking for an experienced manager/director who will provide full financial support at all stages of the transaction.

Описание позиции и обязанности:

Project management for transaction support;
Support of all financial and tax aspects when structuring a transaction in Russia and abroad;
Financial consulting and engineering;
Leading working relationships with banks and other financial institutions;
Assisting with KYC and securing financial transactions;
This position requires the ability to think broadly and to consider a wide range of internal and external factors when solving problems.
