Submit: Wed, Nov 30, 2022Project ObjectiveIncheon Metropolitan City intends to create a place where city, architecture, and nature can harmonize through the cultural experience of citizens by establishing “Incheon Museumpark”, a cultural park complex including a museum and an art museum.
Incheon, where a port and Incheon International Airport are located, has grown as a gateway city to Korea. As the city of Haebulyangsu (海不讓水, The sea refuses no river), Incheon has a unique locality where diverse cultures coexist. The Incheon Museumpark project will provide an excellent opportunity for Incheon's architectural and urban history by spatially materializing Incheon's identity in the international context and cultural dimension.
