PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Lacul Morii (Lake Morii) represents a relatively recent hydrological development, being a reservoir resulting from the flooding of a marshy area at the entrance of the Dâmbovița River in Bucharest – an area partially occupied in the past by a traditional, impoverished tissue, typical of the city margins. The area was minimally landscaped and, except for some technical and infrastructural investments, in the years after 1989 it did not benefit from major intervention...
