- Build an effective quality control department, test hypotheses - Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 10-15 quality control specialists (all planning meetings, 1-on-1 etc.) - Monitor the implementation of your team's plan (assessment of approx. 500-1000 calls a month) - Develop a new effective system of call quality assessment
