ВАКЦИНАЦИЯ ВО ФРАНЦИИ И СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЕ ЕЙ
Дорогие друзья, помните недавнюю шутку: "нашел в кармане смятую маску и ностальгически улыбнулся, поправляя каску и бронежилет"?
Так вот, у меня, кроме этого канала, есть и академическая жизнь, и я всячески стараюсь сделать ее интересной. Завтра в рамках семинара про слухи, городские легенды и повседневное восприятие рисков (который я организую) в Париже и везде (по зуму) будет доклад Джереми Варда про научные и политические противоречия в восприятии рисков вакцинации во Франции. Я очень хочу сравнить с той ситуацией, которая была в России (и наверное, получится сравнить).

Scientific and political credibilities in controversies on vaccines in France
Abstract: In this presentation, I will approach vaccine reticence and beliefs in conspiracy theories from the angle of ordinary representations of credibility. In particular, I will look at how vaccine critics attempt to build their scientific and political credibility in a context where the risk of public stigmatization is pervasive. In particular, this approach sheds light on how vaccine controversies have emerged and been structured in France: they place at their center actors who have managed to avoid the labels of anti-science and conspiracism, and who propose forms of criticism close to the most accepted forms of medical and political criticism. Above all, it enables us to understand vaccine hesitancy in France in a way that calls into question the common framing of contemporary vaccine hesitancy as the product of growing mistrust of science and the spread of conspiracy theories.
