This is the aircraft's meteorological radar.
Most often, such a radar is installed in the nose of the aircraft. The airborne meteorological radar provides the pilot with a local (only in the forward hemisphere) picture of weather phenomena, which makes it possible for him to identify and avoid unwanted weather formations.
Usually, the maximum range of such a radar is 180 nautical miles (333 km), while, as a rule, a range of up to 30 ... 80 nautical miles is used, which is set by the aircraft crew.
