AI.Marketing management representative and team Leaders had a meeting on Tuesday, the 20th of April 2022.
 
The major points of the meeting were as follows:

1. We have not completed the full verification that the aggregators forced us to go through. At the same time, we have a new wave of accounts being blocked as the aggregators decided that part of our accounts was allegedly Russian. We are taking steps to challenge these blockings providing documents of Ukrainian members of our team.

2. Users were not happy today as we changed the rules for using cashback to buy advertising. They were stating that advertising pools have worked fine before, and it was not necessary to change the procedure. The new protocol should has speeded up the process significantly. We are now only 7-days behind the 48-hour protocol launching campaigns for 11th of April now.

3. There are about 300 accounts that are not able to buy advertising using cashback. We know about the problem and working on the solution. In these 300 account you also don't see some of the money are in the Stats. The issue is identified and will be fixed along with the main issue.

4. We have asked several times not to top up accounts for the amounts over 10 000 USD. We will be able to launch advertising on those accounts manually only after we get back to 48-hour schedule.

5. There is still an issue that some of the sales are appear as "double sales". We are working to fix the issue.

6. INB has notified us that they are a little behind crediting the Affiliate income. They are working on the 10th of April now. They are doing their best to speed things up.

7. It seems that we have refunded all the unprocessed withdrawals to the accounts. We have been asking not to write us that your funds have not been returned. The time has come. Please write us ONLY to contact@ai.marketing in case your unprocessed withdrawal was not refunded to your account.

8. After the last briefing we had 12 people harassing Support after my words that "my IT team is working from basements because of the Russian shelling". At the last briefing I already clarified that I will not tolerate any such behavior. All 12 accounts were blocked, and those funds were transferred for the needs of the state defense.
